Poor customer service. Misleading offers. Really disappointed. 50% OFF from the marked price. Went to checkout for paying . Customer Assistant said it is already discounted because it is 'SOC' stock . How customers meant to know about 'SOC' stock. When you only advertise 50% OFF the marked price.

It's brilliant low prices for high quality brands. The only thing is it's not that organised. It's just like TK MAX so if you like that then you will like this
Great for discounted clothing etc but extremely annoyed when visiting last night miserable staff. The shop shuts at 8pm but at 7.45pm I was told they are "shutting right now" in a very unfriendly tone. Wasn't impressed with the customer service at all. The lad on the till looked ready to fall asleep. I appreciate you have closing times etc but don't advertise 8pm when you shut earlier!!!
